2010 Shiraz
Brick red and crimsons hues – 88th DROP Shiraz is a warm, rich and approachable wine. Aromas of ripe berry fruit and smoky oak give way to a medium weight with a well rounded palate. Long soft oak tannins support varietal fruit and spicy black pepper flavor. Excellent to drink now or will gain added complexity with cellaring of 3-5 years.
Food Accompaniments:
Goes well with most red meat – lamb & mutton, and Asian curries. A true Australian wine!
2010 Cabernet Merlot
This fruit driven Cabernet Merlot exhibits perfect fresh plum bouquet with complexities which lead to a rich, mouth filling palate of juicy berry fruit flavour and mint and violet characters of Cabernet. This medium bodied wine has a soft firm finish which will gain complexity over 3-5 years.
Food Accompaniments:
Minced red meats, mushroom, pastas and black olives.
2010 Chardonnay
Sourced from Australia’s premium vineyards, this light straw colour wine is fruit driven and displays ripe stone fruit and toasty oak aromas. A fresh palate of buttery ferment characters, creamy yeast and vanillin oak, finishing long, soft and well rounded. Excellent to drink now or cellar for next 2-5 years.

Goes well with sea foods, light cheeses, barbecued chicken, skewers and salads.
